Alllison Eldredge has curated a diverse and invigorating program of Latin inspired music for Tango on February 4th. The program will feature Carlos Gabel’s “Por una Cabeza” arr. John Williams, and Piazzolla’s “L’Histoire du Tango” features Philadelphia Orchestra principal bassoon, Daniel Matsukawa and guitar. The “twist” for this program are back by popular demand and will feature advanced students from Boston String Academy, along with violinists Markus Placci, Tony Morales and BSA co-founders Mariesther and Marielisa Alvarez in works by Vivaldi and tangos from south of the border.
